Job Overview:

Ferrari Lawn & Landscape is seeking a dedicated, hardworking laborer who is highly motivated and would like to join our professional hardscape/landscape team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high quality service to our customers. The ideal candidate will assist our experienced team with the installation of various outdoor features, including patios, retaining walls, fire pits, stairs, pillars, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of work sites by clearing debris and setting up materials
• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites
• Ability to complete all tasks as directed
• Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as needed
• Ability to safely operate machinery and take proper care of equipment
• Driving trucks with trailers
• Be professional on customers’ property
• Effectively communicate with supervisor and other team members
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Properly operate hardscape equipment and assist in the installation of hardscape elements such as pavers, concrete, and stone
• Follow instructions from foreman and supervisory staff to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe and productive environment

Qualifications:

• 1 year hardscaping experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Work Authorization required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be a team-player and take pride in one’s work
• Position requires physical activity to include standing, walking, bending, and lifting at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions effectively

Schedule:

• Work days/hours are weather dependent and flexible. Usually Monday-Friday but may include some Saturdays as needed due to weather.
